On Course, LLC gets a solid foundation from 35 years of experience in heavy equipment and construction.  At 18, Gerry Buracker started operating heavy equipment for a construction company, and a year later he was promoted for foreman.  By the time he was 38, Gerry was President of the company, was managing 80 employees, and was in charge of negotiating multi-million dollar heavy utility contracts.  Some of his local projects include the National Museum of the Marine Corps (Quantico), the Loudoun County Government Center, and the National Sporting Library in Middleburg.

After the construction industry took a turn for the worse in 2008, Gerry reconsidered his priorities and decided to return to his first love - horses.  Gerry had worked with, trained, and raced horses since he was old enough to walk, and so it made sense to refocus his career on something he loved.  On Course LLC was started in 2015 and brings together the two things things Gerry Buracker loves most earth work and horse work.
